As a Sales Representative/Distributor of the products we represent, all manufacturers warranties apply from the manufacturer to new equipment and software sold.

j.Harold Distributors, Inc. warranties USED machines and ZSK for six (6) months from date of purchase for PARTS ONLY. Travel, labor and related expenses are the responsibilty of the purchaser. This warranty does not include replacement parts due to normal wear and tear, improper performance of periodic lubrication, cleaning, replacement of consumables (needles, rotary hooks, pressure feet, bobbin cases, belts, etc.)or failure to perform normal operator service maintenance services as required.

Limited Liability: j.Harold Distributors, Inc. liability is limited to j.Harold Distributors, Inc. stated price per unit of any defective goods, and shall in no event include your manufacturing costs, lost profits, goodwill or any special or consequential damages.
