Welcome to the "Embroidery Mall Hunt" special event.
Please be sure to read the details below carefully.

For all Prize Drawings:
You will need to register for each Prize Drawing by locating the "Embroidery Mall Hunt" Icons which are hidden on participating business websites. When you find the "Embroidery Mall Hunt" icon on a website, you press on it and you will be asked to enter your "HUNT CODE".

Where do you get your HUNT CODE? You get it when you sign up for the game! (see "HUNT CODE SIGN-UP" link below). You will be asked to fill out a form and submit it, and your "Embroidery Mall Hunt" HUNT CODE will given to you immediately. You only need to sign up once, for the HUNT CODE, at the start of the game.
(Do not sign up for multiple codes. After the event ends, and before we hold the drawing, duplicate entries are purged. We request one entry per household - since you shouldn't be playing the game at work, we don't have to worry about the 1 per business rule ;-)

Write down your "Embroidery Mall Hunt" HUNT CODE. Memorize it, tattoo it on your children, do whatever it takes, but REMEMBER YOUR HUNT CODE! We cannot look-up lost CODES. If you lose your HUNT CODE your only alternative is to submit another HUNT CODE request and get a "NEW" "Embroidery Mall Hunt" HUNT CODE. You cannot merge the results of two different HUNT CODES. After the game ends at midnight (EST) on March 15th, 2010, we will do a search on the database for duplicates by name and email addresses. Then we remove any duplicates. We keep the database record with the most entries found. Therefore only one entry per contestant (email address) will be accepted.

Once you have found a "Embroidery Mall Hunt" Icon AND entered your HUNT CODE, you will be asked to confirm the HUNT CODE and your Name.

Be sure to follow the instructions carefully, because unless you complete the "ADD ENTRY" screen, your "FIND" will not be recorded.

There are 17 opportunities for you to redeem your Hunt Code by entering your "Hunt Code" for that sponsor's prize drawing. You will be entered into the prize drawing for all those individual icons that you find.

There is one notable exception... The GRAND PRIZE will only be drawn from the pool of participants that find all 17 icons. To help you locate all the pieces, on the "SPONSORS" page there are links to each sponsor's website.

The game icons have been place on the sponsor's website. You will need to visit that business' website, locate the icon, click on it and then enter your "Hunt Code". Once your name is confirmed, you will be then listed in that business' prize drawing to be held March 16th.

Do your best, but do it before Midnight on March 15th, 2010 (Eastern Time)

As we do not have control over all the icons placements on websites where they are hidden, plan on, expect, and don't be surprised if the icons move around a bit during the game. Some of the individuals responsible for the icons have gotten creative in making sure the placement is not always the easiest to find, or stays static. There are some behind the scenes rules as to icon placement, but be assured, they are out there. Sometimes there are website problems, so if you don't find it today, maybe tomorrow it will be visible or more obvious. However, if you find one, and you click on it, and it does not work, let us know.

On the SPONSORS page, there is a list of participating business, and links to what they are offering for this game.

All "Embroidery Mall Hunt" hunt code "finds" will be tallied for the drawings after the "Embroidery Mall Hunt" game is complete. WWW.UD.NET Internet Services will conduct the drawing on Tuesday, March 16th, 2010. We will post the winners by 9:00pm that day. An email of each prize winner will be sent to the prize sponsor and with a copy to the winner to make arrangements for delivery of the prize. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to make arrangements for delivery of the prize awarded directly from the prize sponsor. Unless specific written agreements between the sponsor and prize winner are made, all prizes must be claimed within 60 days. All Gift Certificates once claimed, must be redeemed by 07/31/2010(unless otherwise stated).

For each icon you find (and add to your Scorecard), you will be automatically entered into that sponsor's prize drawing. So the more Icons you find, the greater your chances at being a prize winner.

As you find more of the game icons, your Scorecard will change and your hunt score will be updated.

There may be restrictions on some prizes, and will be noted on the prize/sponsor page. If the prize is available for shipping, it will be delivered in the continental United States at no charge to the winners. For prizes won by participants outside the continental 48 United States, we ask that the winner be responsible for half the shipping charges. Also, all winning recipients are responsible for any tax, duty or customs charges that the prize may incur in it's being awarded to the winner.

If you are not able to claim a prize, contact the sponsor to see what can be worked out. However, please note, the prize sponsor is under NO obligation to alter the prize to accommodate specific situations.

This event was developed and hosted by WWW.UD.NET Internet Services, a division of Universal Design, Inc. None of the employees or associated representatives of Universal Design, Inc., or subsidiaries, are eligible to participate in the "Embroidery Mall Hunt" event.

The supervised drawing results on March 16th, 2010 will be considered Final. Embroidery Mall Hunt and Universal Design, Inc., its employees, associates and representatives are to be held harmless in case of any oversight, errors or omissions that may a rise.

Employees of the companies that contributed prizes may participate in the "Embroidery Mall Hunt" event, but cannot be included in the drawing for their own company's prizes.

ALL PRIZES will be awarded, but must be claimed within 60 days. All Gift Certificates once claimed, must be redeemed by 07/31/2010 (unless otherwise stated).

A list of prize winners will be available at the EmbroideryMall.com as soon as all prizes have been awarded, but no later than March 16th, 2010 at 9:00pm.
